Hi, Medicare community. My name is Tara. And today, we're here to talk about Medicare Advantage on the rise. So in 2007, about 19% of Medicare beneficiaries were also enrolled into a Medicare Advantage Plan. But something happened in January 2024 that we have never experienced. 51% of those enrolled in Original Medicare decided to enroll into a Medicare Advantage Plan. Now It's estimated that by 2032, 61% of people enrolled in Medicare will also be enrolled into a Medicare Advantage Plan. Now, many of you may be asking why? Well, we talked to tons of people last year, and 3 points kept coming up. Diverse options. So you'll have many different plan types available in your area. Different benefits. It's important to remember that the benefits can actually vary from plan to plan. So when you're making your decision, it's very important to not only keep in mind your health aspect, but also the financial well-being. So that's gonna go with your affordable pricing. As we mentioned before, you will have several different options available in your area. So on average, are about 43 different Medicare Advantage plans per state. Very important for you to weigh your options and look at the benefits that are most important to you. As you're reviewing those benefits and your plan options, you will wanna keep these items in mind. Some plans may have limited networks. Some plans will require you to get referrals and, of course, those overall costs. So when you're making this type of decision, it's not just about your health care, but about your financial well-being as well.
